The process of utilizing goals and habits to accomplish things in your life are well documented.
The following items I will be working on in my life:
1. Write this blog you’re reading right now
- Setup time evening to work on blog.
- Daily same time and duration.
2. Read a book a month
- Choose books
- Read book for 1 hour before bed time.
3. Organize my life
- Use Getting Things Done process on papers and financial items
- Do daily review and actions as system requires
- Plan weekly healthy meals and purchase food
- Daily walk, weight train or do cardio.
Focus on daily activity and keep improving on these goals.
